Payment

Please make cheques payable to T.M. Beaumont for each week block.

If your required dates go either side of that block then a second week block must be booked.

Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to book the duration required.

Full Payment

Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the booked dates.

Arrival

Please arrive at the Jardins de Pera complex at 12 noon where you will be met by a representative of Sunset Villas.

During your stay

Sunset Villas will assist you with checking in and making sure you are introduced to the features and workings of the Villa.

The price includes all bed linen and towels with one linen and towel change mid week.

Departing

Please vacate the Villa by 10 am on your final day so we can arrange for Sunset Villas to attend and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
